i love her hair in the first video
It's a lot bigger than I thought it was.
On the musical side of things, Astronauts Ron Garan and Chris Hadfield have played songs in space. They are awesome

fake!!1 was filmed in studio by reptilians!!! #KILLUMINATI
on a more serious note, space music? badass

The ISS is pretty damned big:

not really that big. most of that is solar panels and empty space. the iss takes up a shitload of space but it isn't all "station"

i personally think it's cooler how the iss is all modular, meaning you can add on and take it apart

The panel to living space ratio looks to be about equal. I might need to actually calculate it, but it does.

add in the empty space in there and my statement "mostly solar panels and empty space" is completely accurate.
Here's a live stream

I don't know why but it really warms my heart when I see Russians and Americans working together on a space station.
Here's the location, altitude, orbit count, livestream, and Twitter feed for the ISS
I want to game on the ISS

These guys are the coolest fucking people, how many people can say they work in space.
Do you reckon that you don't get wrinkles in space as gravity doesn't sag it down?
I don't understand why female astronauts don't cut their hair before they go to space
I don't understand why female astronauts don't cut their hair before they go to space
Because some women prefer long hair.
I would knock into so much shit up there, all the experiments on the sides of the capsules look haphazard as fuck.
Because some women prefer long hair.
looks annoying as fuck in zero g
i want to know if i grew my beard out all long and worked at the iss if it would look as badass as the hair.
For some reason, Sunita Williams' "You don't need a passport" comment warmed my heart.
Damn that is a lot of cables. Imagine just accidentally pulling one.
Taking a shit in space has gotta be ridiculous.
I don't know why but it really warms my heart when I see Russians and Americans working together on a space station.
Except the ISS isn't really America and Russia working together well.
The ISS got fucked before it even was launced due to the orbit that had to be compromised between the two nations.
The ISS really won't ever be anything more than a PR machine for the two governments, it won't actually do much to help actually out in space.
Whoaw... In first vid, when she said "you don't have to sit down. Actually I haven't sit down for 6 months" I realized how lucky I'm, seating here, watching that video. I won't visit any space station until someone invents artificial gravity.
In space no one will hear your cry for a chair.
It puts a smile on my face just seeing them float about in zero gravity.
"woops" Then half of the spacestation loses power.
Actually pretty scary when you think about it. If something major goes wrong your chances of survival get pretty low.

Or does the spacestation have escape pods?
i think the station has backups in case something fucks up. it seems incredibly nearsighted to design the space station so a single malfunction could kill the crew.

i don't think it's incredibly inconvenient not to sit. the reason sitting is so comfortable for us now is because it lets our legs rest from resisting gravity. in zero g standing would probably be pretty comfortable for long periods of time.

The ISS has two permanently docked Soyuz spacecraft that are used as escape pods.
