Damn that editing was near flawless at times.
I've been listening to the leaked version nonstop for like a week now. This music video is just icing on the cake.
Amazing. Video kinda gave off the feel of what anxiety is like. You go through your day with a smile on your face, but you're still experiencing it. Eventually it becomes a reality
I personally have never cared one way or the other for Radiohead, and I don't have an opinion on the song, but I absolutely love the video. As Renderman said, I think it's a great demonstration of what it's like to live with anxiety. Most of the time, you're able to suppress your anxiety and function normally, but sometimes the facade breaks down and your anxiety leaks through to the surface. That's usually when other people notice your anxiety, and think it's a spontaneous thing. Most people who don't live with anxiety don't realize that there is no spontaneity with anxiety - you're always feeling it, to some degree. The only thing spontaneous about anxiety is when you let your guard down or fail to keep your strength up enough to keep it managed.
Did anybody realize that the daytime phone had a picture of a girl, much like the man on the bench, and she was on the other side of the bench, kind of a perfect match for him. But when it turns to night, it flips to a picture of himself, meaning someone's watching him. God damn I love this.
How did I only just see this days later? That was amazing.
