Pentium [B]D[/B], not 2. That's a huge difference there, I was already wondering how the fuck you could even get a modern GPU to run in a P2 system.
Anyway, it's actually a little surprising just how badly those games are running. With a modern dualcore, you could literally get 5-10x higher framerates easily. Maybe the lack of RAM has something to do with it as well, cause the max framerates are actually pretty decent all things considered.

It's not that surprising, it's a dual core netburst CPU from 10+ years ago. Nasty hot garbage.

I did something similar a while back, except with a 980ti and a Pentium EE 965. Dual core, overclocked to 4.2ghz, pretty much the last and gruntiest Netburst cpu ever released. It ran a few games almost respectably.
