I'd try to make as many terrorists as possible, but the the enemy always manages to kill just ONE of my terrorists, resulting in a huge chain reaction and massive explosion (which pretty much then wipes out my whole base)
I loved the desolators.
get like 3 of them then place them on the ground = win
