He actually pushes the first barrel down, he doesn't say anything though and half the time you miss it.

I though he had to kick them down so I did nothing.

There's an endless horde of NVA running at you in the first Vietnam level. There's 3 napalm barrels around, Woods knocks down the first one.

He actually asks before he kicks them down (when he's talking to the marines) he asks if those are barrels of napalm.
