I'm glad it's not far off. Thank fuck that it seems to be focusing on Sebastian's story more than Ruvik's.
Is this being developed by Tango still? It looks completely different from the first game visually. Seems less gritty and the textures are more flat.
I didn't mind the story, but some of the gameplay seemed to create artificial barriers and limitations as a means to create tension and fear. It felt frustrating to me. So hopefully they improved on it.
I'm genuinely surprised this is getting a sequel. The first game didn't seem to do very well at all.
That was the best music video I've seen in a long time.
That was the best music video I've seen in a long time.
I was kind of expecting it to transition into RED's cover of Ordinary World, but I guess they came up with their own?

It sold pretty well in the first few weeks then started to peter out after that. Survival horror isn't a big seller anyway and I don't think Bethesda were expecting otherwise.
I'm genuinely surprised this is getting a sequel. The first game didn't seem to do very well at all.
it did have a lot of ideas worth iterating on though, i think it deserves a fair shake
I didn't play TEW 1 because the game was plagued by technical issues on PC and it didn't sound essential to play anyway. However, since this is hopefully moving to a new engine, I'm looking forward to this.
I really enjoyed the first game and was never expecting a sequel because it got a lot of shit and "not resident evil 4" enough plus PC version was a bit of a mess until patches glad it is though.
Is this being developed by Tango still?
Yes, the news article on Bethesda's website directly mentions Tango and Shinji Mikami.
Not sure I'm too excited for an evil within sequel but I really like visual style of this.
i hope the gameplay is better refined. i wanted to like tew but it had no idea what kind of game it wanted to be
Wait, was there any real conclusion to the last game? Like, is Ruvik still a big part, or are we using the technology on another villain? I loved the story right up until the ending where imo it kinda fell apart.
it did have a lot of ideas worth iterating on though, i think it deserves a fair shake
Well let's hope it makes the needed improvements.
Another trailer It doesn't appear to have the retarded letterboxing on by default at least
