egh ive got friends who are into that SADBOY shit and all that but I think Lean's voice is atrocious, if I'm gonna listen to some trappy shit I might as well go balls deep and bump some Yung Simmie or 21 Savage tbh
I honestly havent listened to Lean since Unknown death and while I'm not too into what hes doing nowadays (wasnt really into warlord) I still respect his grind and vibes. The thing I really liked about his songs was that his voice just felt like another instrument in the droney numb cloud rap thing he had going. I still bump Kyoto and Gatorade sometimes, and I still cant help but half-ironically enjoy the sadboys aesthetic
The video has fantastic visuals.
Looks good, sounds good, but I personally prefer his music to be sad or more "awake", kinda hard to describe. Still good though.
Lean went super downhill imo, I think he's over produced now. It's too... clean? Idk. his 2012/13 stuff is amazing.
