I wanna go to Dark Souls cafe.
God damnit I wish I could go to that Kirby cafe. This was the place where they would sit a Waddle Dee plushie opposite of you if you were eating alone.

Man I would love to go to one of these but they're too expensive for my budget
Not being able to fly to Japan on a whim budget?
I think it was assumed, based on the way it was worded, that they were just talking about going to the cafe itself after already being in Japan. I mean, if you decide to go anywhere as a tourist, I would sure hope you don't spend every last cent of your budget on the flight. Surely you would have a food budget that allows you to spend $5~$15 on each meal, not to mention ground transportation, lodging, location admission, etc.
Why would I go to an expensive restaurant that serves decent food when can I go to a restaurant that actually serves great food at the same or cheaper price. Being on a short budget doesn't mean I have no cash to burn, it means I need to prioritize what I want to spend on and while going to these restaurants/cafes is neat,I would much rather spend it on dumb shit from akiba or good food.
