can confirm this works, i was sitting in my computer chair all day long and my neck/shoulders were feeling very sore now i'm sitting upright with significantly less discomfort. fuck it, i'll look like an idiot if it feels this good

Holy shit it does work a bit after doing it once [editline]20th June 2016[/editline] I wonder if bad posture is why my neck has felt strained and tight for a couple of years, would coincide when I started using computers more heavily.
I can tell this works, it put mad strain on my joints and made my load-bearing shoulder start cracking audibly. I should probably switch from a messenger bag to a good backpack...

i did this for a while a few months ago, it does help but its only a band aid fix, need to also correct your posture when sitting otherwise it comes back pretty quick. never tried the arm bit before , need to start doing these exercises again.

Holy shit it really works, my arms were popping air a bit and my neck was kinda hurting. Looks like this might be the best quick exercise ever. T I mean A pose posture ftw.

activating nerves that get taken out of the loop by poor posture is good but prolonged sitting will still destroy your muscular balance, don't forget to do a good strength program if you spend a lot of time at the computer :)
