The 1960's Spider-Man cartoon is unironically more aesthetically pleasing.
A giant fucking web ball was probably the lamest solution to the problem at hand. Also why didn't they do any funny jokes about spiderman not being able to hear anything cause of web muffs.
The first villain you fight is the Vulture using a low-tech suit of your own making.
The only good thing about this clip is that it makes me appreciate MCU Vulture even more so than I already did.
Every time I see those lanky legs I think less of a thin Peter Parker and more of a Rusty Venture's early years, I swear.
Everything except the characters has shading, I don't understand.
The cops limbs and heads were still exposed though when he put them in the web ball. Glass could have still fallen on them That was the lamest solution ever, it's like they didn't even think about it

the bit where he gets dragged through the glass at 13 seconds is not only applied as a sort of filter, so it "follows" them into the air somehow, but spiderman is drawn over it for some reason meaning the shards of glass look fucking enormous despite the fact they're blurred to look like they're in front of him
Everything except the characters has shading, I don't understand.
probably 3d stuff
There are amateur animators on youtube that make better animations. What a trainwreck just from a technical and design point. This also screams "money saving 3D" a lot.
What sucks is that looking at it, you can see some potential if they just gave them more of a budget. Marvel has no excuse not to put in the extra bit of money to make it look good.

This show was made 20 years ago and has higher quality animation.
Nothing can beat 90s spiderman tho, if only it didnt have that much censorship going on.
Is this set in the MCU or is it another sub-universe?
Is this set in the MCU or is it another sub-universe?
this kinda shit is the kinda of shit that pushish is me away from Comic's,.

What's even more atrocious is the writing. Expository explanation of the moral choice of catching me vs. stopping this falling glass while the glass is still falling.

In the OP's clip Spider-Man should have been put under arrest for obstruction of justice, kidnapping (restraining the cops against their will), assaulting a police officer, endangering a police officer, public endangerment, and unlicensed/unregistered weaponry. He's no vigilante! He's a menace to society, somebody get me a picture of him!
