Mag Boots are useless unless there is something to Magnetically lock onto.
With that said, he weighs 995 pounds. Dovakiin cannot Fus Ro Da anything that heavy. Dragons weigh probably about the same as Chief and they barely twitch.
Both have agility (Chiefs jet packs, Dova's wind walk) so maybe the fight will be more about trying to land a hit than taking hits.
