Jailed rapper writes motivational letter to teen that idolizes him

In this video, a teenager sent a letter to the rapper about how he idolizes him for smoking weed and commiting crimes. The rapper was so touched that he wrote a letter responding to the teen and a representative of the rapper called the teen to read it to him. The kid actually got arrested for selling weed and it was on a TV show on A&E called Beyond Scared Straight.

Whether you like rappers or not, this is cool as fuck that the rapper actually tried to motivate the teenager to make the right choices by using his personal experience. Really cool and kills the stereotype that all rappers are thugs.

That was nice of Boosie but it probably won't do anything to help that kid. I mean, maybe it could but there's like a 99% chance he'll keep dealing.

I wouldn't expect Boosie to be this caring though, or to have the ability to write cursive.

He means regardless of the fact that Boosie does those things, he realizes he's been doing wrong most of his life and he doesn't want someone who idolizes him to become that way.
