I remember IMOH 5 being posted here so I hope this is okay?
God I've been waiting for this, love Hopsin's ILL mind, he's always got a great message to what he does
He's definitely getting more and more talented with each release.
I'm glad the contacts weren't present / apparent / aren't a thing anymore.
This one was really touchy, and more of Hopsin's sensitive side.. I really enjoyed it!
so did this actually happen in hopsin's life and that's who the song Chris Dolmeth is about? always wondered
I'm not usually a fan of rap, but this guy I really enjoy because it's not all "bitches and money" (not saying all rap is, but a lot of it is) he gives out a good message and is a nice breath of fresh air for the style

you should listen to the rest of the ill mind of hopsin songs

He was accurate with everything he was saying, I was hoping that this Ill mind would be touchy and sensitive and I wasn't far off it, that's what makes it better
hopsin is garbage

i get his appeal i just really cant do him
the gimmicky contacts, the arrogant 'i save hip hop ok' attitude, his fucking voice (that one is just me and not a valid complaint)
he gives me a headache

I thought it was insightful for what it is. What's your preference?
I thought it was insightful for what it is. What's your preference?
dont get me wrong i dig insightful hip hop and shit, i just dont fuck with hopsin's brand of it
cats like mf doom, mos def, chance the rapper
Was that paramedic chris brown?
My god, that would be the worst thing imaginable if you're taken in the back of an ambulance and see that chris brown is operating.
Kill me.

he didnt really
ask for your shit taste in music but aight
I like Hopsin but I think he needs to drop the hooks.
Number 5 was way better than this. This isn't bad either.

He says he stopped giving a shit about the 'I save hip hop attitude'
5 was good because he hit on a lot of different topics. This one is still good though, I just think 5 was better.
He's definitely getting more and more talented with each release.

The contacts and his early tracks put me off him TBH. Good to see he's gotten a lot better though.
haha the chorus is so cringeworthy
hopsin is a good rapper but cant sing for SHIT
hopsin's seriously just a hypocritical wannabe-eminem.
he appeals to the 90's dadrockers who think all rap sucks, and he does that by acting like a middle-school psa and having cringe-worthy hooks, middle school hot topic style, and super fucking terrible fruity loops beats.
seriously, if you think hopsin is anything more than mediocre you're delusional. he's terrible. he calls out tyler for being gimmicky and having wack beats when he's actually the gimmick with wack beats. he's a good rapper but his content is abysmal and his production is some of the worst in the entire genre. i've heard unprofessional mixtapes with better production.
if he stuck with the Am I A Psycho style, he'd be pretty fucking great, I enjoyed that song. but instead he makes family-friendly teletubby DARE songs.

i think you might be exaggerating...alot
id definitely prefer to listen to hopsin than any current mainstream artist like pitbull, drake ect.

drake is twenty times more talented than hopsin
at least he can fucking sing instead of having that cringy hook "MY HOMIE PLEASE COME HOME!"
seriously hopsin has talent but he ruins it with his indescribably awful production and his terribly preachy and annoying message. he's trying to make a dramatic storytelling song and it just comes off as a middle school PSA.
yea i don't really like hopsin either
Why can't we all just enjoy music and its message? Sure, other rappers are better, but Hopsin has his own style and he can do what he wants with HIS music.

well i mean this track has one of the weakest messages i've ever heard in a rap song
'dont do drugs'
Why can't we all just enjoy music and its message? Sure, other rappers are better, but Hopsin has his own style and he can do what he wants with HIS music.
Because we're at the age where our favorite band/rapper/whatever is the best and everything else is shit and only our opinion about personal taste is the right one. Thankfully we're gonna grow out of it in few years.

sure he can do what he wants.
but he calls out other rappers for the most petty shit for no reason and acts like he's the savior of rap. he acts holier-than-thou.
his music is difficult to respect because it's so straightforward, blatant, unremarkable, and it's paraded like it's an example of what rap music should be. anyone with FL Studio and a week of experience could make the beats he uses. he's really nothing special - yeah, he has his own style and can do what he wants, but if he shits on other artists for being wack and gimmicky (which he is), i feel like i can shit on him, too.

drake is probably one of the most bland, unoriginal rappers i have ever listened to
and to be honest, i really dont think that the production of this video is all that bad
