So I took the advice that some of you guys gave me and tried a few things.

I'm not super happy with the animation but SFM was giving me tons of trouble for some reason. I couldn't playback beyond 8 fps in the work camera this time around for whatever reason, which made things difficult to say the least.

Also I'm aware of the SSAO issues, I tried my hand at fixing them and while it looked great in the still frame when it came time to render it didn't want to work out (I made sure AO was checked in the render settings). I re rendered it 4 times over the course of 20ish hours to no avail.

Once again any tips or criticisms are welcome!
