Likely a tube glued down with fancy makeup magic inside his hair that is really small covered with fake hair, or an entire skin cap thing(??) I don't know how to make up though, just guessing those two methods would be the simplest.

Key and Peele is actually one of the only shows that Comedy Central has tried lately with a lot of potential.
These guys have clear creative talent and their show deserves more views.

Yes, clearly the video featuring a man and woman sweating comically enough to produce enough water to boil a cup of rice is real.
I was just appreciating that the wife character wasn't treating him like scum for having needs. It's a pet peeve of ours when movies and television do that, and even if it's juts a sketch, the more progressive sentiment is one I enjoy.
