Yeah, I like how the shot is close up and then goes back to a medium shot, as if there is nothing wrong/irregular with what the scientist is asking of him.

I agree, the overall quality has improved, just need to back it up with some improved acting.
yeah it seemed like your actors were a bit out of sync, i have no experience with acting myself but maybe some warm-up exercises or improvising the script (if you haven't done that already haha)
