Hell no they don't have to learn English. Its their country, not ours.

And that tourism argument is the stupidest thing I've ever seen, hopefully its satire. If its not you're also saying that people in the United States should learn basically every single other language because of tourists that come to the U.S.

Sure a universal language would be useful, but we sure as hell shouldn't condemn others for not learning one language or another.
