EDIT: Problem solved, thanks guys! I have a video that I have been trying to speed up but my version of windows movie maker doesn't have that feature. The older versions do have the speed adjustment feature. I'm sure that there is other software out there as well that can do it but I just can't seem to manage it. Anyone a master video editor?? I would like it sped up to 8X for both video and sound. Link http://beast-computer.com/loggin/cutting%20palletes%202.AVI
if it's on windows movie maker there should be a special effect called speed up or slow down, did you look in there?
Yea, I did but the version of Movie maker that I have (Windows Live Movie Maker) doesn't have that function. I'm in the process of attempting to install an older version of windows movies maker. Alright, seems that I was able to install the old version right next to the new version. I'll know in a few minutes if that worked.
I installed the Windows XP version of WMM on my sister's Windows 7 PC and it works perfectly.
Thanks for all the advise there guys, got the video up and running just the way that I wanted. Stupid really but my in-laws will get a kick out of it.
