Yes, it is. Let's analyse that.
By stating that it is "Funny" (aka [img]http://www.facepunch.com/fp/rating/emoticon_tongue.png[/img]) and "Artistic" (aka [img]http://www.facepunch.com/fp/rating/palette.png[/img]), I said that the video is both, funny and artistic. By saying that I can't decide between the two, I said that both ratings should be applied equally. By stating :suicide: I told him how much I like it (I'd be ready to kill myself for it).
Conclusion: it is a very funny video which required alot of artistic skills to be made.
