For fucks sakes, please come to the west. [editline]28th August 2016[/editline] But on the other hand, I've heard bad shit about the Monster Hunter Frontier games.
Whoo! Also welcome back tonfas.
Aside from the MMO-ness of the village/hub, what's the difference between the Frontier games and MHG?
God damnit Capcom, I JUST got MHG. Also is this an MMO? Do the monsters have their own special abilities or arts now? I'm sorry if I'm coming off as ignorant, I know next to nothing about the frontier series.

Your not missing out nothing because they still have not expanded into the new features of the newer main games.
preordered for sure
I played Frontier for like two years. I'd say it's pretty fun to play around with the broken stuff like the massive great swords with enormous range, almost double a normal GS. It will never be as good as the main games though, even if they add this generations's mechanics.
I wonder if they balanced tonfas this time.
Capcom doesn't like their mmo's in the west for some reason, older frontiers never came to the west and neither did Dragon's Dogma Online. I suppose you could play it with a VPN anyway like Dragon's Dogma.
There have been a lot of Monster Hunter games lately, haven't there?
How about you give Monster Hunter Online with its fancy Cry Engine to the West, Capcom.
There have been a lot of Monster Hunter games lately, haven't there?
That's not new. They've been steadily releasing then in japan for a while now, we just get a handful of the titles they get
That's even worse than Frontier.
Honestly the only cool thing about the Chinese MHO was being to see players and monsters in the other zones from the outside.
That's not new. They've been steadily releasing then in japan for a while now, we just get a handful of the titles they get
So, there's even more that they haven't localized in America?
I just looked at the expansions for Frontier. Are they a joke? They come with like, 1 monster and maybe a single weapon for each type
find out on the next episode of monster hunter frontier z
