If you don't chew it enough yes, I have actually done this before and trust me it doesn't do any harm at all. It's like the scam school video a few posts back. You chew the glass until it's a fine powder and then you swallow it. You are literally eating sand at that point. It's still something I wouldn't recommend because it is very easy to cut yourself while chewing or swallow a big chunk of glass but it is safe to swallow if you do it right.
These guys are actually pretty chill. I've seen them at a music show before and the band that was playing in the video was playing. The song is fucking solid.
