Haha. Project Reality is one of the worst mods I've ever seen.
If you guys ever get PR, and you want to snipe, just go automatic rifleman. Deploy the machinegun (it's a fucking para), go prone, and just fire in small bursts. The thing is amazingly accurate.
Some friends and I like to do co-op, where its only us against around 40 bots. My friends were averaging around two or three kills before being killed. I got 60 kills in one life. I only died when I ran out of ammo and decided to try knife charging them.

It adds a few minutes to the next respawn time if you kill a civilian.
And it stacks.
You get points if you capture civilians. And you lose points if you kill civilians, plus your respawn ticker goes up if you kill them.
