Wow, I agree with Bill.
Where did we go so wrong that Bill became agreeable?
O'Reilly fucked over Rios the moment he compared their witchhunt to McCarthy.
Holy shit. Bill is actually making sense.
Looks like 1 million moms need sending to the vacuum of space.

More like 40,000, rounded to the nearest millionth.

right bill, right...
I like how O'Reilly makes sense occasionally.

I think that he gets a lot of anger (and he is genuinely funny a lot of the time), but it's times like these that people may start to realise that he's a real person, so at least he has the courtesy to act like one.
I have to wonder what his stance on a lot of things that we normally argue about here are.
It's 2012 and there are still people in America who think homosexuality is a "problem growing at an alarming rate".
Soccer moms are stuck in time.
Not liking someones lifestyle is not a reasonable complaint, it's you being a cunt for not respecting them.

Some Americans seem to think it's still the 50's.
They keep going on and on and on about "traditional family values" but whey are too stupid and set in their ways to realize that "tradition family values" have evolved to be more that it used to be.
It makes me sad that there even needs to be a discussion about this.
When he said people shouldn't be fired because of their lifestyle he was wrong, because there are many lifestyles are are not suitable for certain positions.

But that's the thing, these people have just caused a row about something so fucking insignificant when there's more important stuff like financial crisis to worry about, they're acting against trivial bollocks that no-one cares about but them. Just because someone happens to not follow Christian rulings doesn't make solid grounds for any action to be taken against her, that's like saying all teenagers should not be allowed to have jobs because they have under-age and pre-marital sex.

Im sure he meant it within reason.

Well, if your lifestyle is interfering with others or going against your employees of course there is a valid reason to fire you. Sexual orientation isn't interfering with anything.
:eng101: Finally.

The reason we are discussing this is because the media blew it out of proportions.
They are entitled to their own opinion so saying that their opinion is wrong and therefor this is stupid is in itself stupid
I recall David Silverman recently saying that Bill is rather intelligent and reasonable off-set.
Guess this somewhat proves it.
It saddens me to see people talk about homosexuality like it's a problem in society, it's so disgusting to see such hate.
Bill O'Reilly isn't bad because of his opinions.
Bill O'Reilly is bad because the stupid opinions that he does hold he holds only for money and nothing else.

What opinions are these?
What opinions are these?
he's a TV news anchor that works for Fox News.
he earns millions just by telling a story and having the opinion that their viewers want to hear.

So? Just because his views are popular with a certain audience doesn't mean its disingenuous.

he's never been consistent with his views.
and he's on Fox News.
and I hate his face, ergo.

People opinions change.
Being on fox also doesn't make your opinion disingenuous.
I think Bill has a handsome face

if you're on fox news you have a fox news opinion. they cater to a very specific audience.

Yes I agree, but that doesn't mean your opinion is fake.
either Bill O'Reilly's opinions are fake or he has schizophrenia.
considering how much money he rakes in i'm inclined to believe the former.
(oops i said latter instead of former)
