I'm extremely happy with my rings! I couldn't use them for 2 weeks. I had a pain in my chest and then one week flu (still have it in the video). So my body wasn't really recovered. But it isn't bad for a bad training day!

I should have, but I always get carried away and want to try new things. But at the moment I am really working hard with the shoulders for the planche movement and human flag.

I feel really motivated to excercise more when I watch videos like this but unfortnately it only last for ten minutes and i end up spending all my free time after work at the computer. Do you feel like giving some tips on how to stay motivated, or, well how to even start. And damn you look good man (not in a gay way).

Well, a lot of people use weights to train, which is incredibly boring. But if you enter the calisthenics world, you'll notice it's much more fun! It's like a MMO game. You can spend your time on several skills and unlock more skills. Besides, when you start progressing, you'll start to et addicted to it.
