That's absolutely right. They aren't - and they know it. This is ICWXP - a show that started as a fan-tribute to MST3k and was embraced by fans as its spiritual successor. Even [B][U]Michael J. Nelson[/U][/B] (head writer and host of MST3K) has endorsed these guys and they're currently in talks with TV networks.
They've been doing this show for years through massive fan support and are the only ones doing it old school. MST3K is long gone and its high time someone took up the mantle.
I am excited at the prospect of having bad-movie riffing return to TV and the episodes these guys put out are a real gift to MSTies who've been starving for new content in the full format (no offense to [URL="http://rifftrax.com"]Rifftrax[/URL] & [URL="http://cinematictitanic.com"]Cinematic Titanic[/URL]).
Whether [I][B]you[/B][/I] think they're funny or not, they've earned the respect of MST3K alumni - and mine.
