these Evolution of Playstation videos just make me want to break out the PS2. If the idea is really to show much better they've gotten then it's not working. :v:

I'm assuming you were joking but Sony has far more and far better exclusives than any other console. I mean, I like Nintendo but their main exclusives come from Nintendo themselves and the majority of their games are getting very tired now. I am however looking forward to the new Super Smash Bros game. As for Microsoft, sure they have Halo but other than that, their only other notable exclusives are Gears of War and Forza. At one time I would have also mentioned Fable, but that series is dead now more or less.
Never heard of The Unfinished Swan. If it's in the same overall style of Journey/Flower and the other games-as-art I'll have to pick it up.
PS4 tomorrow (probably) motherfuckerssss.

Metal Gear isnt JUST a Playstation game, and the series did start off as two MSX2 games/Nintendo games (in north america)

Dude what.
I miss Playstation. I grew up with it, literally, and I didn't get a PS3 although I have a 360 and Wii (now Wii U). This last generation of consoles was really odd in that almost everything was cross-platform so I never needed another console. I really did miss out on LBP, Metal Gear, and Uncharted. I wish I could've played those. Maybe I'll get a PS4 if the price isn't fucking ridiculous like it was (and still is basically). I think it might even be too late to get a PS3.
