The reviews on steam are pretty positive, seems a lot better then the last two games in the series.
I wasn't paying attention to the publisher and developer and thought this is going to be a Ubi game when I saw the bow, lookout tower and outpost.
Game is gorgeous and fun. It came out too early and had a lot of bug. Should be fine now. Tho they are going to push a lot of dlc.
Far Cry 4 taught me one important lesson; Shoot literally every animal you see because it is bad, no matter what it is
I wonder what me playing this would be like

if this had VR support, solid support I'd go ahead and buy a controller stock just for this tbh
Got it for the summer sale, and I'm enjoying it. Be sure to limit your FPS using Nvidia Profile Inspector or whatever the AMD equivalent is. It's a pretty intensive program graphically - and looks it - but my fans were cranking at max even with VSync enabled. They turned down to 60% usage when I enabled the limit.
With how slow paced these games are if they ever slip in a night only spooky creature easter egg I'll probably die
How tough is this on mid range machines? i5-2500k and 980 here.
Soothing woman talking about the game while on the screen on the phone it just says "Harvest an animal"
It's cool that they made it multiplayer aswell.

until they hunt back
I remember the original, it was pretty fun, looked really good and was really rewarding to play when you put time and effort into it. Might have to pick this one up too
I bought this last night. I've been kind of eyeballing it since I've seen Robbaz playing it. After ironing out some "bugs" (AV being overprotective and outdated graphics drivers), I ended up playing for a solid three hours.
Honestly, it's a gorgeous game and half the fun is just wandering around.
Seeing someone on the other side of the lake firing to get your attention, you both find yourselves dancing to each other within the binoculars. My best investment this year.
To anyone who has played both how does it compare to classic?
The game has lots of issues with multiplayer though, but I'm optimistic for the future.
is there a bug with track highlighting?
