I was gifted sr3 when all I had at the moment was a Pentium D PC with 1GB of DDR2.
I beat the whole campaign at 8-14 fps

It's an alright game by itself, but compared to Saints Row 2 it's worse in [I]almost[/I] every way. The only way it's better is in the graphics (Obviously), optimization on the PC, car controls and it has VTOLs and stuff.
I don't think it's worth the $40/$50 on Steam right now.

Seriously, I can respect any game that during it's first hour of game play has you
robbing a bank, attempting to ride away on a safe you blew off the wall, Giving you the resources to dress yourself as Gordon Freeman with The Medic's voice actor, fighting though a plane full of mafia thugs, jumping off a plane and plummeting down several miles in the air while SICK music plays, has you enter another plane briefly by shooting it's front window and swooming through the entire inside length of the plane (albeit in a ridiculously but lovabyly over the top cutscene but still) and finally after this sequence ends, getting your first real mission; raiding the city armory and fending off the GODDAMN ARMY.

I didn't think so, the part where you raid the BDSM club and end up in a pony-man driven chariot chase had me in tears. Especially at the end where the bad guys chariot just randomly blows up.

Saints Row 3 went a bit over the top in my opinion, Saints Row 2 was a perfect balance between a somewhat serious and a crazy storyline and atmosphere.
Also for the fact that Johnny Gat is in the entire game. In Saints Row 3 he [sp]got killed[/sp]

Co-Op is fantastic, if you can find someone of course. Even the activities are a laugh for example on the Escort activity player 2 is the escort and player 1 drives around.

My buddy, bumrang, decided to do the same thing as this guy and go as an obese hitler, except naked. We had a blast hitting each other in the face with swords and 4 feet purple dildos and running each other over.
With the Humble Bundle there is no reason people shouldn't play this together!
