Knowing Rammstein, I knew it couldn't stay sane for long. Good shit right there.

This is more metal than osmium
My favourite stage performance ever. Family Values Tour '98
They play that song in the current tour.
Dunno about you guys, but it sounds "ok" to me... nothing special about it, IMHO. It's probably because I don't like Rammstein the way I did before. I mean they're cool and all, it's just that I don't enjoy their music that much.
Loved Till's smile at the end.
I love Rammstein. I went to one of their shows in Germany once, I got thrown upstage by some of the guys in the audience and I got to be up there with the band for the rest of the song. Was fuckin' badass.
Their next music video needs even more tits and flame throwers.

Wasn't there a whole thread about this release in this section?Regardless awesome as always.
I made this a while back but whatever. http://www.facepunch.com/threads/1138028?highlight= They released this song on 11/11/11, which made it even more awesome. They're coming to Massachusetts in March, so I'm going to get some tickets soon.

I really don't understand why people like this band. Everything about them is so generic, very little originality as far as actual music goes. And the only thing I've seen them do that was above average was that live performance of 'Buch Dich' and to call it anything more than 'above average' would be an insult to other bands who put meaning into their theatrics. And maybe it's my taste in music, but with bands like SOAD, A7X, Atreyu, Dream Theater, NIN, Parkway Drive, FFDP, I wouldn't consider Rammstein to be anymore than mundane at best. Maybe there is something I am missing.
Hardcore.
They're playing there again in 2012, which is the one I'm going to. Also, they're most likely playing that same song there too.

Rammstein is not generic, not in any way or form.
I don't know, not to sound like a hipster twat but I kinda miss the old albums where they had more lyrics than just a few repeating verses and felt more 'heavy'. Maybe it's because here in germany I grew up with the band and their very first LP, It's just part of my childhood and it got better as I grew up. I know they are trying to be more accessable for international audiences by dumbing down the lyrics, but they used to tell stories and such. Now they just repeat something provoking and save the rest for ballads with a calmer fell to them. But they are still Rammstein and rammstein will always be awesome. They've made their share of kickass songs and that's all you can wish for in a band. Listen to this classic to see what I mean

I don't understand a word they say without English lyrics, they could sing a song about icecream for all I care, it's just that good.
