Some might complain it's just Battlefield with Star Wars (like that doesn't sound fun).
But I think the level of sheer detail is what's luring me to this game. It's the most authentic looking Star Wars game I've ever seen. How they got to use actual locations, props and sounds from the films is incredible.
I might get this within a week after release (So Day 1 patches and so forth can get over with and opinions are out). I'm looking forward to this game.

The problem is that Alien Colonial Marines had a big dev blog thing about "Look at how authentic our game looks!"
I don't care if the game looks like crap, as long as it's fun and it's got plenty of replay value, that's all I want. I'd rather play Battlefront 2 than a shiny looking DLC riddled clone of battlefield with less content but better graphics any day.
It sounds less like battlefield with star wars and more like a cut-and-dry remake/ update of the first Battlefront.
There's practically no talk about how the actual game will play. Any assumptions are just that, assumptions.
Kinda disappointing there was no gameplay, I know it's a dev diary but they usually tease a little something, that was just all pre-rendered stuff.
guess what's not gameplaaaaaay

cant believe people distrust this much in DICE over gameplay
like their last battlefield games were bad or something on that aspect, like they have to prove themselves or something
not a trust thing
it's an 'I want' thing.
They're probably saving gameplay for E3
They said they would be revealing more at E3.
