Well, here is the trailer:

I am just as shocked as everyone else. This is PS3 only but I heard a Gears of War character being hinted at for Xbox 360 on Ed Boon's twitter.
oh god
yes
god dammit can't get caps
:gizz:
Was just playing the original Mortal Kombat, damn graphics have come a long way.
Yeah they have come pretty far. I heard it will either be Dante from Dante's Inferno or a Gears of War character for the Xbox.
most over powered character
Am I the only one who doesn't like all these gimmicky crossovers in fighting games lately? I mean really, star wars in soul calibur, kratos in mk, this is fucking stupid.

Not really with Kratos, I mean, how does he not fit in?
It's Mortal Kombat's time to bounce back into the spotlight of fighting games.
A character like him is sure to get some interest.
Kratos is a a perfect fit, and is sure to help sales. He is a bonus character that you can get with a code in the game case.
He's completely optional.
Well, it's a good thing it's Kratos and not DC Universe. This allows for more gore because Kratos is from a really adult friendly M game and DC is T. It at least doesn't ruin the game completely. But yeah, I think they are going a bit far taking other games and sticking it in theirs...
Kratos does seem like the kind of character that would fit in a Mortal Kombat game.
Kratos would be impossible to die, all he'd need to do is turn into a fucking god again.
I don't like this stupid "lol console exclusive" shit.
Just put it on both consoles. Nobody's gonna shell out 400$ for a single character.
I'm definitely getting this. And if they can balance it like when Kratos was put in Soul Calibur, he should fit perfectly.
Would like Gordon in possible PC version with his trusty crowbar...
But, it's unlikely... :saddowns:

:hurr:
No game anywhere costs $400, the closest you can get is $200 for Steel Battalion or $150 for Halo Reach Legendary Edition.
I thought maybe Rick from Splatterhouse would be nice for the Xbox 360 exclusive.
This looks SO awesome.
I personally prefer the old Mortal Kombat games from the Genesis era.

I think he is referring to the fact you'd need to get the console and the game in order to get the exclusive character. so console + game = $400.
