Unkletom is a strange youtube user who constantly uploads bizarre videos that are often NSFW. From his Channel page:

To his credit, it IS silly and asinine, just in a really disturbing way.
Any video is pretty much guaranteed to be "silly and asinine" and absurd, disturbing, creepy, and basically have an uncanny valley feel to it. To support my hypothesis, here's the three most recent videos.
