Interesting. A similar faction to the Goo but the mechanics of the humans I would assume?
Just played a match with them, and I have to say I'm not really a fan. The Shroud doesn't really resonate with me. I have fun with the other 3 races, but they feel off. Gonna try a few more games with them, but so far, meh.
Thinking of buying this, is it worth the cash?

Yea its pretty good, as long as the community is still alive.
Feels like Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance with uniting against a 4th faction. Looks good either way.
