Pure Pwnage TV show? - General

I havnt been on purepwnage.com for a while and discovered this... [url]http://www.showcase.ca/video/[/url] They are remaking the series but with another cast?

They already announced in August of 2009 that they were making a TV show. It started two weeks ago.

Just watched the first episode, That alone made up for the whole of series 2.

The only people of the original cast that appeared (so far) are Kyle, Doug, and Jeremy. The rest are all people I've never seen. Also, Chris (the cliff hanger gamer girl from last season) seems to just be forgotten or something. They've made no mention of her.

Correct me if I'm wrong, because I never watched to many episodes of the older pure pwnage before, but I thought Jeremy played RA2 rather than starcraft? or did he switch later on?

[url]http://www.dailymotion.com/PPTVSHOW[/url] They may or may not be better quality than the ones on Vimeo. The sound quality seemed pretty low in the Vimeo one when I checked.

These were much better than I expected, and I expected it to be pretty damn good

I'm so glad I'm Canadian. I've caught both episodes as they were aired on Showcase.

Oh man, I literally laughed my ass off when I saw doug running with a knife at the beginning of ep2. These episodes were pretty amazing, much better than expected.

Am I the only one who thinks this show and the web-series is awful? Overacting and shitty writing. It was cool seeing Kenny in episode 2 though.

Wow, that was really great. Much better than I expected. I was never really into the whole "micro wars" and weird stuff they did in the web series, this show seems more grounded in reality with some fun worked in.

The show started airing 2 weeks ago [b]with the same cast[/b] minus Troy Dixon who died during the second season and some new characters like October. The only major difference is that he's faced with making a living for himself and being the best gamer in the world at the same time now instead of living in his moms basement.

This episodes pretty hilarious. 2 jobless gamers who can't find jobs cause they have no real world skills. Reminds me of myself. The grocery store scene at the end was gold. Also, didn't Jeremy get his own apartment in episode 10 or something in the first season. I forgot what happened to that.

Holy shit, this show is absolutely awesome now. Do they come out every week or so?

Just 4 days until the next episode :D I cant wait.

I seriously hope this is gonna be a succesful TV show. So they'll make alot of episodes.
