-snipped because op fixed his post-
Power tripping? If an officer tells you to get out of the car, you get out of the fucking car. If he wants you out and you don't move, then guess what's between you and him.

Always obey the commands of an officer even if you think they're in the wrong, fight it in court after. Driver is a fucktard.
Sovereign citizens away!
"Get out of the car, you're not allowed to drive it" "Mmmm?"
Unless this had been going on for while before this video this is an absolutely ridiculous reaction on the officer's behalf. If he were that aggressive I sure as fuck wouldn't get out either, I'd be scared shitless.

At least long enough to figure out that the driver isn't allowed to drive the car.

Man those side windows can take a fair amount of abuse.
These types of people are the fucking worst Just do what the police officer tells you to do and you won't get in so much shit. Police officers usually don't start screaming like they're about to beat you to death straight away.
Man those side windows can take a fair amount of abuse.
It's hardend (tempered) glass. You can swing at it all you want, but for it to break you need to hit it in the corners. Which is something every police officer should know really, not sure what he was thinking.

Acting like a psychopath isn't the best way to get a suspect or any person for that matter to cooperate with you.
That doesn't give him the right to smash your windshield. Acting like a psychopath isn't the best way to get a suspect or any person for that matter to cooperate with you.
He wasn't going to cooperate anyway, he was told to get out of the car, and he refused.
That doesn't give him the right to smash your windshield. Acting like a psychopath isn't the best way to get a suspect or any person for that matter to cooperate with you.
Jesus christ some people in this thread. Context is everything and this video shows barely any of it but I doubt this was the start of the interaction. The driver has been caught for driving while disqualified (you can hear the policeman say that in the video) which in the UK (and where this video is shot) is an arrestable offence. If the guy isn't going to get out of the car then the police have every fucking right to smash the windshield if you're not exiting the vehicle after being asked to several times.
SovCits are the fucking worst, people have died over this stupid shit because they think they found a glitch in the matrix where you can just avoid the law with meaningless words.
SovCits are the fucking worst, people have died over this stupid shit because they think they found a glitch in the matrix where you can just avoid the law with meaningless words.
Their line of thinking when they post youtube videos is hilarious. It's never "oh shit, I fucked up this already poorly-made plan to get out of being detained!" Instead it's "FUCKING COP CORRUPTION BULLSHIT"
they has to have been a better way the cop could've handled it right?
Conviently cut where you don't know what happened before he started to smash the windows.
they has to have been a better way the cop could've handled it right?
Yeah, he could've hit the weak spots of the window a little better. If you're in a position where you're going to be arrested, you're going to be arrested. They're not gonna wait for Pop-A-Lock to come unlock the vehicle.

If he wants you out and you don't move, then guess what's between you and him.
If I had a guy shouting at me and beating the fuck out of my only safety barrier, I wouldn't wanna get out. Doesn't matter if he's got a badge or not, we're both humans and in this case the cop's being agressive as fuck.
OP, where did you get this video? Maybe we can try looking for what exactly happened? Everyone is assuming either the guy in the car was a sovereign citizen or the cop was really really angry for no real reason
It's hard to tell since the video is either cut to only show the cop bashing the window or the guy started recording after the preceding events. If the guy was asked numerous times to exit his vehicle, and he doesn't comply, of course a cop will be annoyed and have to go to extensive measures to remove him. I don't care if the car is a safety barrier if you're asked to leave it by a cop then don't sit in it because you think you're 100% in the right, just exit the vehicle. And hey, if the cop is in the wrong, then comply and report him after. If he is in the wrong but you utterly refuse to abide by any of his orders, it will look worse on you then if you reported a cop in the wrong and abided by his orders and got the necessary information to report it. But in this case with this video, there's no clue to whether the guy in the car was dealing with an abusive cop or if the cop was dealing with a stubborn person.
Him yelling "I'm not TJ" at the end makes me think the police officers knew exactly who he was. He probably has a record.

The guy didn't move an inch at the first 'get out of the car'. Do you except the officer to just stand there and keep repeating it in a casual tone?
OP, where did you get this video? Maybe we can try looking for what exactly happened? Everyone is assuming either the guy in the car was a sovereign citizen or the cop was really really angry for no real reason
I found it on Instagram, I'm not sure exactly how accurate the comments are but a few people said that apparently he recently purchased the car and hadn't had the names switched on the log book yet, so apparently the guy he bought the car off is "TJ" whilst apparently the guy in the car is fully legal. Like I said there's not a lot of context but going from personal experience when ever ive been pulled over the first thing they do is check the registration to see the registered keeper and then check for any offences done using the vehicle, again the guy in the car could be "TJ" but all the video really shows is a copper who has a hard on for power imo.
same guy
It wasn't him in the car. Im pretty sure he just reuploaded it. EDIT: There's a news article on Daily Mail, take with a mountain of salt considering its daily mail.
