The video says more of "forklift accident in Russian warehouse", and I think the "PhysX by russians" is just a stupid joke.

Well, there was a program or something which showed what PhysX can do, and you would usually see tons of blocks falling down in a 'realistic' way etc. I think that has to do with it.
