Savants are one of the reasons I don't believe. What God gives such extraordinary abilities to people who not only can't use them to their full potential but also severely disables the person who has it?

By disabling one part of the brain, you can enable another one. Just like blind people have better hearing and such.
He simply becomes retarded at everyday tasks while his skill is much better at extraordinary things.
