It varies on what disability they have but I think it's ultimately down to how well behaved they are and how well they listen, which is a result of how well they were brought up. I work with kids with disabilities and the ones who are well behaved are just amazing. Funnily enough he is the one that can communicate the least. Also the sign language you see in the video is called Makaton, basically disability sign language if anyone was wondering.
my half-sister works as a special ed teacher. the stuff they can do can be very stressful.
