It exists. Basically, makes the lady quite sick and forces her to have a period. They only work early on in the pregnancy, but they exist, and they work.
They also have a slight tendency to work too well, putting you in danger of death by bloodloss or some shit like that.

I am fiscally conservative, but I side with liberals more on social issues.
Basically, what I am saying is that republicans come in all different shades. Some are radical, some are reasonable, and some are just weird... But in no way should this ad speak for the whole party.
