This is just great, bad enough they had to deal with what the Japanese did in Manila during '45, now they have to deal with ISIS.
Maybe I've been watching too many videos from Iraq but these guys have their shit together and it's really refreshing to see professional soldiers operating. I hope they fuck up ISIS good.
Its only recently they sent in actually good soldiers though. I still remember when I lived in Borneo they sent in 300-400 troops to weed out 40-50 terrorist. When press got there and images and videos were released it was nothing like from this operation. Unorganized and unequipped, it was kinda like the Manila hostage incident in 2010. I genuinely think the Malaysian govt should approach the Philippine govt to assist them, the terrorism affects Malaysia as well with multiple kidnappings and constant threats which leads to the establishment of Esscom. They have multiple units of decent special forces which are usually sent to UN Peacekeeping missions and (oddly) the Bosnian War. I mean its genuinely affecting the people, at least act like they care.

The army is still getting fucked because they have little experience in urban combat because most are trained for jungle warfare.

Really interesting video. The Philippines army seem more organised than I assumed. Can see why a madman like Duterte got elected with all the corruption, crime, and now war in the country.

Man poor Britain. First the Norman conquest and now Theresa May
