• Surfers Make Waves Where None Exist (VIDEO)

An unusual, unique and very cool way that a group of surfers make their own waves from rerouting beach sand. I think it was a sand break just connecting a small island or peninsula with water either side of it, once they dug and connected the two bodies of water thats the result I think, probably works best as the tide comes in. How does this even work? You'd need a through supply of water flowing downwards in order to have a current that strong.

So they needed to drain it. The water from the lake was coming out so fast that it eroded the sand and made what you see in the video. But it died soon that day I think.
That would permanently fuck up the river?
That would permanently fuck up the river?
It will.
It will.
Awh, shucks, I was seriously considering doing this over here in Florida.
That would permanently fuck up the river?
There is another video explaining why they had to do it so its not like it was meant to have fun on. It was just awesome that it turned out like that.
