Nothing particularly new in the video, but it's still quite an interesting process. In fact, Tom Savini did something very similar for the film Maniac, where the titular maniac blasts a double barrel shotgun into some poor dude's face: sculpted the head, filled it with the day's leftovers, and fired a shotgun into it. It's not as impressive as the one from Scanners, though.
