Right channel audio only is kind of annoying. Still neat though.
Watching for Atlantis
Cool they found a compass thing it sounds like.
I love the guys controlling it, sounds like they're having really fun.
How do they not know of brownies!? (Also, what is the history behind the ship they're exploring?)
I suggested a flame thrower attachment for their ROV.
I suggested the name Bunny :)
Oh no, they dropped it :v:
For the middle of the goddamned ocean, they have a really good internet connection.

Ah sweet they answered my question about seacreatures hitchhiking rides.
That's one sweet-ass fish.
Compensating for the sway of the rover looks like hell.
I suggested a flame thrower attachment for their ROV.
plasma torch work underwater, should have asked for that [editline]23rd July 2013[/editline]
Compensating for the sway of the rover looks like hell.
it's a talent, I could'nt do it the times I've tried with the ROVs I've touched, mind you they were a lot cheaper like pvc and under a thousand.
Why are they cutting open and emptying that bag?
Why are they cutting open and emptying that bag?
The bag is full of tiny glass beads, each bead is the size of a grain of sand. They're the underwater equivalent of styrofoam packing pellets. They're emptying the bag to preserve the artifacts in that box since it's pretty much full. (a spoon, a leatherbound instrument case/personal telescope, some "buttplates" for rifles(scope mounts made of brass)).
Teehee, they said butt.
They've also offered to let us watch the artifacts be recovered from the elevator and possibly the robot. [editline]22nd July 2013[/editline] The Nautilus crew is working on stealing some rifles from a greedy anemone. [editline]22nd July 2013[/editline] Rifle #1 with the anemone on it recovered. I'm tuning out here.
Right now they're diving down to an unexplored shipwreck. No one knows anything about it because it's around ~1300m. Also on board is some dude's watch because why not. These guys have so much fucking fun it's so cool
I love the guys controlling it, sounds like they're having really fun.
From what I've heard, ROV driving is mostly boring waiting for the thing to get to the target, or skimming along the abyssal plains looking for something exciting, they got to find creative ways to have fun.
This is awesome to watch. I get the feeling I won't sleep much tonight.

YOU FOUND A BRICK
They read my shout out! Totally worth being up at 3 in the morning for.
Cool, thanks for the link OP. Will watch.
they found a stove, now thinking are cooking. "they have bettie little eye, just pure evil" those crabs man.
I just offered to order them pizza, let's see what dips they ask for.
Do they deliver to the Gulf of Mexico?
Do they deliver to the Gulf of Mexico?
you can teleoperate some ROVs stationed on land depending on position and budget.
Do they deliver to the Gulf of Mexico?
If they do, I hope there's no 60 minute refund.
