Probably the most-well made scene I've seen in a film.

Favorite scene in the film.
yeah i've watched this film four times it's brilliant
wow that was awesome.
I was pretty unimpressed with the movie up until when I saw that.
Great movie is great.
Well now I gotta watch the movie.
I loved this movie, can't wait for a sequel.
I'd love to see that scene in regular speed.
The music fit perfectly with the scene
Silly Sherlock Holmes, you're not Bruce Willis.
Horrible movie. Awful depiction of Sherlock and Watson, unimpressive fight scenes, terrible story, boring CGI fest, exaggerated, unintelligent, bad.
You haven't seen too many films then OP.
I watched this film yesterday. It's pretty good. I liked that scene but I thought Watson would die.

I agree as an avid reader of the Sherlock Holmes book. Holmes isn't an action hero. He's a heroin addicted normal person with an average build who is exceptionally smart.

Not like the movie depicted.

The movie wasn't trying to stick to the original Holmes Richie himself said that he was trying to remodel him to his liking. For a more faithfull depiction look into the BBC Drama series.
The scene isn't that great. Seeing characters bumbling around when small explosions puff by them in the middle of some awful violin solo is hardly what I'd call the best scene in a movie ever. I even feel there were better scenes in the rest of that particular film anyway, like the ending on the bridge.
Cool scene? Yes
Best scene in a movie ever? Hell no son, you need to watch some more movies.
Somebody speed it up to realtime.
Personally i loved the movie and thought Downey Jnr did a brilliant job with it, being english i thought he did a good portrayal of Holmes, not to the book but just in general i liked the character in the movie.

Learn the difference between best and well-made.

You missed the attention to detail. The bits of wood hitting the pallet Holmes was holding, the shockwaves making the clothes flap violently.
And awful violin solo? Hans Zimmer?
Christopher8 pls go

You know I would have thought it was pretty ok if all of the CGI and overly long fight scenes were taken out.
