I can name atleast 20 PSX games where the walls shift.
It's hard NOT to have this effect on the PSX.

They may shift in other games but damn they don't shift THAT much.

The PS1 lacked perspective correction so the texture would warp, PS1 also lacked a Z-buffer (where in some games they would implement software Z-buffer in specific areas) and the polygons jitter due to the lack of subpixel rasterization, any of these problems combined can get pretty bad if no one pays attention to them during development
