Actually this is from the late 90's just because it was uploaded to youtube in 07 doesn't mean it was actually recorded then.
And the internet I'm refering to is the World Wide Web which was created by Sir Tim Berners-Lee in the early 90's, not the shitty US government ARPANET.

Again you are wrong.
The song he is imitating is "It Wasn't Me" which wasn't released until 2000, meaning that the video is most definetly not from the 90s. 2000 or 2001 maybe, definetly not 1998-99. As for the Internet statement, that doesn't change the fact that the Internet(in one form or the other) has been in existence since the 60s, which again means the video isn't nearly as old as the Internet.
