This thread suddenly became very informative.

I worked at McDonalds and it was actually really fun and by fun I mean on the 3rd day I was assaulted by a coworker because she was insane, caused another coworker to flip out over whether Pentium 4 or AMD was better, and watched my boss get dragged away by the feds. So basically just like this anime, a great wholesome experience that I can look back on and reflect with joy, especially all the pictures of me and my now dead/incarcerated coworkers.

Someone should animate the american version, minus the hat and the happy employees and customers.
