Pretty sure the basic drunk mode came out when they were testing exactly that. Of course they fine tuned it to work more like a drunk person, but still, this is probably what you get when trying to use it permanently for walking.

But I'm also sure they are working on making it better (the people behind euphoria). The whole thing is a pretty big accomplishment already, can't wait for when it gets even better.

Well it kicks in in situation the person is going to lose the stability or fall over anyway. The point is that it should work at all times, without switching modes. I know it's a lot to want, but it's still a shame that all they have accomplished is realistic physics for drunkards, people who are getting shot and people who are getting bullied.
