Yes, it was made by one of the guys who did Frisky Dingo. After Adult Swim canned 70/30 Productions, MAtt and Adam split up. Adam when on to make Archer.
And a Damn good show it is too. By far my favorite thing on TV. Not nearly as good as Frisky Dingo, but close.
