Assassins Creed: Syndicate and Shadowplay don't seem to get along.

Experienced a little trouble when running Shadowplay with Assassins Creed Syndicate... In game I experienced slight stuttering and then a sudden crash. When looking back at the footage I witnessed some horrifying issues that were not seen in game.
Note this game seemingly runs fine during on foot sections, yet on horse and carriage things get a little interesting.
Running this game on a GTX970, i5 4460, 12gb Ram.
